What would I need to press to call England from New Jersey?

Ok, I wanna call my friend in Chesterfield, England, and I'm from Willingboro, New Jersey...I wanna use the 10-10-987 with it, and I've tried to use it with her number, but it's not working...can someone tell me the exact numbers I'd need to call her while still using 10-10-987? Thanks! I can't stress enough that I WANT to use the 10-10-987 with it, so that it'll be cheap.....I saw that using long distance with 10-10-987 is the same as calling Western Europe, so yeah....

2. u need to pres +44 and then the english number
3. I would check with your phone company about the 10-10-987, but you need to dial 011+country code (UK is 44) +city code +phone number
